What if?

November 9, 2017 | By More

For the past eleven years I’ve have been on a path of personal growth because I had finally realized that if I wanted to grow my business, I had to grow myself along with it. You see, your net-worth is equal to your self-worth and when you work on your “inner world”, your “outer world” will take shape as you envision it.

One of the big issues that keeps people from going after their dreams is the fear of the Future.  FEAR stands for Future Event Appearing Real. Fear stops people dead in their tracks because we tend to pay attention to all the stories that keep running in our heads.  On average we have about 9,000 thoughts a day and most of them are not supportive of anything other than keeping you in your present state of being.

My challenge was to break that cycle and to start focusing on the positive side of What if. What if I did succeed once I put this plan into motion? What if I did attain my goals? What if I did have the resources to make this plan a reality? What if I did make that call or book that appointment with that prospect?

What if, because of you taking action today, you did attain your goal? How would you feel? How would that impact your family and your business? How would that change your life? I can tell you that it feels wonderful going for it and achieving your goal. I can also tell you that you will have butterflies through this whole process because you will be coming out of your comfort zone. And that is the whole point; you are in that place today because it’s comfortable being there.  The road to success is not easy and, as you will find out, the rewards are gratifying.  What if you went for it?
