As you probably have noticed, Praxis is the word that I use in the name of my company. The word is Latin, and it means the alignment of your thoughts with your actions to achieve the results that you want. I found this word fitting and it became the obvious choice for my new company name as it perfectly described the essence of the process that I use to help my clients achieve their goals.

January is the traditional time of year when we try to implement the long list of well intended New Year Resolutions. Unfortunately, success stories on this issue are few because by mid January, life has taken over and we fall back into our old ways. If this is happening to you, you need to ask yourself a simple question: Did I really want to achieve that goal?

When you want to achieve something in your life, you need to have the vision of what that “thing” is and then you need to take the action steps to get there. There needs to be a burning desire deep within you to achieve that goal or else, it too, will land on the pile of other ideas that will never see the light of day.

As you start to take the action steps, keep your thoughts focused on your goal(s) and maintain that burning desire deep with you. This perfect alignment between your thoughts and your actions will get you to your goals. Success is defined as the progressive realization of a worthy idea. Define what you want and let the power of Praxis work for you! Dare to Dream!
